Our shoe fitting service includes free Gait-Analysis; in other words an assesment of your running style so that appropriate shoes can be chosen to help prevent and resolve injuries.
We stock a comprehensive range of fell and trail shoes, as well as a wide selection of road shoes including; Brooks, Asics, Mizuno and Saucony. We also stock high quality clothing such as Odlo, Mizuno and Sugoi, as well as accessories such as books, energy and recovery drinks and heartrate monitors.
We are proud sponsers of the Fairfield Horseshoe Fell Race, organised by Ambleside A.C. which this year attracted over 600 entries.
