CHARGES
Lakes Runner website offers free shipping to the UK on all deliveries with the following exception:
If you want to guarantee your order is sent using a next day recorded
delivery service you can choose to pay a £4.70 priority delivery
option. This only guarantees the use of such a service and not its
reliability.
DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to deliver all of your orders within 1 week of receiving them.
However over 90% of our customers will receive their orders within 1-2
working days.
If you choose the priority delivery option
(additional £4.70) we will endevour to dispatch your order the same
day, for orders received before 12 noon, using a next day delivery
recorded service.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Our website uses live stock values, so theoretically
you can only order something we have in stock! However occasionally
this can go wrong. If we can't deliver your order within 1 week we will
contact you the next working day to discuss the time scale and you will
have the option to cancel your order.
