DELIVERY COST
Our website will work out the cost of shipping your order, according to which country it is being sent to and which items you have ordered.
In order to find out the cost of postage you will need to set up/sign into a user account with our website (which needs to be registered to the country you would like your order shipping to), add items to your basket and proceed though the checkout 2 stages. Once you have found out the cost of postage you can then modify the order before reaching the payment pages.
All of our international orders are sent via Royal Mail Airsure or Parcel Force Global Priority, depending on weight. Both methods are recorded and allow us to track to whether a delivery has reached its destination.
NON EU & VAT/IMPORT DUTY
If you are ordering from a non EU state, you will not be liable to pay UK Value Added Tax (VAT), which is curently 15%. However you may have to pay import duty/VAT when receiving goods into your own country. Please note. These charges are your own responsibility and not that of Lakes Climber.
EXCHANGES
When returning items for exchange (eg. different size, colour etc.) you are responsible for the postage cost back to us PLUS a redelivery fee for the replacement to be sent back to you. Details can be found on the REDELIVERY page.
DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch all of your orders within 1 week of receiving them. However over 90% of our orders will be dispatched next working day (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). If there will be a delay of over 1 week for dispatch we will contact you to let you know a time scale, you will have an opportunity to cancel/modify your order at this time.
Once disptached most orders will generally take between 2-5 working days to be delivered depending on destination.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Our website uses live stock values, so theoretically you can only order something we have in stock! However occasionally this can go wrong. If we can't deliver your order within 1 week we will contact you to discuss the time scale and you will have the option to cancel your order.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If you have not received your order within a week and have not heard anything from us (please check your email) please get in touch and we will do our best to get it sorted out as soon as possible.
Please note. We cannot be held responsible for orders not received due to us being provided with an incorrect delivery address. In the event of this happening and the order being returned to us, you, the customer will be liable to pay a re-delivery fee which will depend on your destination/order.
