Lakes Runner website offers free shipping to the UK on all deliveries with the following exception:
When returning items for exhange (eg. different size, colour etc.) you are responsible for the postage cost back to us PLUS a redelivery fee for the replacement to be sent back to you. Details can be found on the REDELIVERY page.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If you have not received your order within a week and have not heard anything from us (please check your email) please get in touch and we will do our best to get it sorted out as soon as possible.
Please note. We cannot be held responsible for orders not received due to us being provided with an incorrect delivery address. In the event of this happening and the order being returned to us, you, the customer will be liable to pay a re-delivery fee of £5.
In the event of an item posted using our standard (free) delivery service going missing in the post. We will need to wait at least 15 working before the item can be classed as lost (sorry this is Royal Mail procedure) following this we can then either arrange a replacement to be sent to you or a refund. This may seem a pain but a special delivery (Express) option is available!- see below.
Express delivery items that have gone missing can be sorted quicker as these can be traced by us. In the event of a item not being delivered to you on time, please get in touch.
