UK Shipping

Lakes Runner website offers free shipping to the UK on all deliveries with the following exception:

If you want to guarantee your order is sent using a next day recorded delivery service you can choose to pay a £4.60 priority delivery option. This only guarantees the use of such a service and not its reliability.

For our shipping methods the 'UK' includes: England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man. Please Note that Channel Islands will need to use European Delivery.

EXCHANGES

When returning items for exhange (eg. different size, colour etc.) you are responsible for the postage cost back to us PLUS a redelivery fee for the replacement to be sent back to you. Details can be found on the REDELIVERY page.

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to deliver all of your orders within 1 week of receiving them. However over 90% of our customers will receive their orders within 1-2 working days.

If you choose the priority delivery option (additional £4.60) we will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day, for orders received before 12 noon, using a next day delivery recorded service. Please note that even if you pay for next day delivery our courier will not deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays, you will however receive your order on the next working day.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Our website uses live stock values, so theoretically you can only order something we have in stock! However occasionally this can go wrong. If we can't deliver your order within 1 week we will contact you to discuss the time scale and you will have the option to cancel your order.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

If you have not received your order within a week and have not heard anything from us (please check your email) please get in touch and we will do our best to get it sorted out as soon as possible.

Please note. We cannot be held responsible for orders not received due to us being provided with an incorrect delivery address. In the event of this happening and the order being returned to us, you, the customer will be liable to pay a re-delivery fee of £5.

In the event of an item posted using our standard (free) delivery service going missing in the post. We will need to wait at least 15 working before the item can be classed as lost (sorry this is Royal Mail procedure) following this we can then either arrange a replacement to be sent to you or a refund. This may seem a pain but a special delivery (Express) option is available!- see below.

Express delivery items that have gone missing can be sorted quicker as these can be traced by us. In the event of a item not being delivered to you on time, please get in touch.
